Cancellation Policy
We know plans change. Here's exactly what happens if you need to cancel your booking.
Cancel within 24 hours of booking
If you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking, and your trip start date is more than 48 hours away, you'll receive a 100% refund of your deposit.
Cancel 30+ days before departure
Cancellations made 30 or more days before your start date are refunded 95% of the deposit.
Cancel less than 30 days before departure
Cancellations made less than 30 days before your start date are not eligible for a deposit refund. Your booking will still be cancelled and the dates released — we will not attempt to charge the remaining balance.
Force majeure
Exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, natural disasters, etc.) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly.
