Parties
This agreement is between Camper Retreat S.L. (CIF B56742075, Valencia, Spain) as lessor and the customer making the booking as lessee.
Subject matter
Rental of the leisure vehicle McLouis Yearling 89G for private tourist use for the period stated in the booking.
Driver requirements
The main driver must be at least 21 years old, hold a category B driving licence with at least 2 years of history, and present a valid ID or passport at pick-up.
Prices and payment
The price is calculated at the rate in force at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% is due before vehicle pick-up. Full payment in advance carries a 5% discount.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €900 will be pre-authorised by credit card at pick-up and released within 7 business days after return, provided the vehicle shows no damage or incidents.
Vehicle use
The vehicle may not be taken outside Spain without prior written authorisation. Commercial use, goods transport and participation in competitions are prohibited. The driver must comply with all applicable traffic laws and speed limits.
Insurance and excess
The base price includes fully comprehensive insurance with a standard excess. The customer may add the reduced-excess option as an extra. Damage caused by gross negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or breach of these terms is not covered.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Valencia.
