Data we collect
Name, email address and phone number submitted via the booking form, plus browsing data collected by Google Analytics (anonymised IP, pages visited, session duration). Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; Camper Retreat S.L. does not store card details.
Purpose of processing
To manage bookings and communications related to the rental service, to send confirmations and invoices, and to improve the website through anonymous usage statistics.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) for booking data; legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for usage statistics.
Data retention
Booking data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 5 years thereafter to meet legal obligations. Analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@campervlc.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
International transfers
Google Analytics and Stripe may transfer data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).
